Senior Learning Experience Designer

Summary: As part of the Talent Development team, this role will design learning across digital, live, blended, and in-the-flow-of-work formats. The Senior Learning Experience Designer will partner closely with program owners, the People team, HRBPs, subject-matter experts, and adjacent enablement teams to create experiences that support performance management, manager capability, leadership, career growth, AI fluency, and employee development. This is a hands-on and strategically influential design role for a creative, systems-minded learning professional who can move from needs analysis and learning strategy through the phases of the design and delivery lifecycle.
