Amplify’s Product organization is undergoing a significant operational transformation — refining how we plan, resource, and standardize work across hundreds of team members in diverse disciplines on overlapping projects. The Planning & Resourcing team serves as the staffing and capacity nerve center for the Product organization, leveraging this role to drive standardized planning, track builds, and support shared standards and communities of practice across content teams and shared services. In this dual-facing role, you will work closely with content teams to address operational needs while advancing the central planning agenda.
