may include: - Support customer and user research initiatives by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing feedback - Help identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve the user experience - Partner with cross-functional teams to document customer insights and inform product and service improvements - Assist with user testing, surveys, interviews, and other Voice of the Customer activities - Contribute to customer-facing documentation, support resources, journey maps, presentations, and internal communications - Track and organize customer feedback to help teams identify recurring themes and prioritize opportunities
