may include: - Support the day-to-day operations of IT service delivery, including help desk ticket management, troubleshooting, and resolution across hardware, software, and network issues - Help identify recurring technical issues, inefficiencies, and service gaps to improve IT processes and end-user experience - Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with device provisioning, software deployment, user account management, and onboarding/offboarding workflows - Contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and internal service guides - Track and manage IT assets, inventory records, and service requests to ensure accurate and up-to-date systems management WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
