may include: - Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs, enablement curricula, onboarding materials, and learning resources for internal teams including Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations as well as external users including educators and district administrators - Help identify knowledge gaps, training needs, and enablement opportunities across internal and external audiences to improve product adoption, performance outcomes, and user confidence - Assist with the development of e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, knowledge base articles, video scripts, and other multimedia learning assets across a variety of formats and delivery modalities
