Amplify is at a pivotal inflection point. As we continue to scale, we are fundamentally re-imagining how we operate, execute, and deliver value across every corner of the business. We are seeking a Vice President of Business Operations & Enterprise Transformation to serve as the critical lynchpin in building Amplify’s next-generation internal operating system. Reporting directly to the President & COO, you will act as a primary operating partner and strategic catalyst driving our enterprise-wide transformation strategy, aligning business unit leadership around long-term goals, and engineering the playbooks that translate high-level vision into disciplined, measurable execution. This is not a traditional governance role.
