As a Principal Learning Designer, you'll lead the design of high-impact, research-aligned instructional content and experiences. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, mentor teams, and drive innovation in digital learning. You'll collaborate across functions to ensure our learning solutions meet the highest standards of quality and impact. In this role you will: • Manage and oversee the design of high-quality instructional content and experiences through collaboration with product, research, and engineering teams. • Maintain and share subject matter expertise in learning science and instructional design, mentoring peers, and guiding best practices across teams.
