In this role, you’ll own customer renewals, identify and close expansion opportunities, and develop strategic account plans that strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue growth. We’re looking for a Mid-Market/Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention, renewals, and revenue growth through strategic relationship management and proactive account planning. This role focuses on identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities, guiding customers through onboarding and product adoption, and monitoring account health to proactively address churn risks. As a trusted advisor, the CSM aligns GoGuardian’s solutions with customer goals while advocating for customer needs across internal teams.
