We’re looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement & GTM Alignment. This role covers a lot of ground. You’ll own a handful of programs yourself and support several others depending on the priorities and seasonal needs of the business. The biggest piece of ownership is onboarding and ramp: you’ll run how new sellers and new sales leaders get up to speed, including the curriculum, the milestones, the certification, and the call on when a seller is ready to be in the field. The rest of the job is a mix.
