The Manager, New Business, will lead, coach, and develop a team of New Business Executives responsible for creating and closing strategic, new business within larger, complex K-12 accounts. Reporting to the Director of New Business, the leader will own team revenue performance, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and execution of GoGuardian’s new-business strategy. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, field leader, and performance-focused strategist who knows when to coach, when to challenge, and when to step in to help the team succeed.
