- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) - Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives and Sales Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement - Provide strong leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, including coaching, performance reviews, and professional development - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches - Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners within the assigned region
