The ELA Content Manager owns the quality of Kiddom's ELA programs, built on an OER Language Arts curriculum, across digital, lesson presentations, and print. You will adapt and extend the curriculum for state editions and adoptions, build supports for multilingual learners, keep courses accurate and current, and direct the contractors and vendors who help us work at scale. You will also define the AI-assisted workflows that let a small team produce and review more high-quality ELA content, faster, without lowering the bar. The people who thrive here are self-starters who like owning outcomes. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering, and you will work directly with our curriculum partners.
