Effective Use of Technology: Title IV-A Instructional Duties (50%) • Professional Development: Design and deliver sustained professional learning opportunities that help teachers integrate technology into the classroom (e.g., blended learning, personalized learning strategies). • Curriculum Integration: Collaborate with curriculum directors to vet and implement high-quality digital learning resources and Open Educational Resources (OER). • Digital Citizenship: Lead district-wide initiatives on internet safety, cyberbullying prevention, and responsible digital footprints for students.
