Strategic Finance Lead

You’re Minerva’s first strategic finance hire. You have maximum exposure to the key business bottlenecks that the executive team grapples with on a day to day basis. Ideally you’re able to identify and take the first pass on solving many of these problems. You sit within the operations org and work with the CEO, Chief-of-Staff, VP of Ops and broader leadership team to prioritize analyses. You prepare models that help guide capital allocation and real resource allocation. This is a generalist role with broad scope - spanning planning, operations, go-to-market, pricing, board and investor reporting and special projects. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own the core financial models that guide capital allocation and resource planning.
