Assistant Teacher (Primer Guide) | Alabama

From Primer’s posting

Studio Guides are essential partners in creating a joyful, safe, and well-run learning environment at Primer. You work closely with the Primer Leader (the lead teacher) to support students academically, emotionally, and socially throughout the school day. This is not a passive assistant role. You are an active participant in instruction, culture, and operations — helping maintain routines, supporting small-group learning, observing student needs, and ensuring the classroom runs smoothly. You model Primer’s “Take Kids Seriously” culture through positive interactions, calm presence, and consistent follow-through. This work requires reliability, communication, flexibility, and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed.
