Pursuit is hiring a Career Coach to guide Builders through one of the highest-stakes phases of their journey: the job search. This role owns a single core outcome — Builders getting hired — and does whatever it takes within that mandate: coaching networks and search strategy, sharpening how Builders present themselves, and pushing continuously on what "job-ready" means in a fast-changing market. This isn't a support function; you are accountable for the placement outcome itself. Key Responsibilities • Own job placement as your core KPI - you are responsible for the outcome, not just the coaching input, and you proactively problem-solve whatever stands between a Builder and a job offer
