Pursuit is hiring a Data & Systems Manager to help shape how we use data and build infrastructure as an AI-native organization. This is a proactive, high-ownership role: you won't just keep systems running, you'll help define the data and governance foundation Pursuit needs to function as an AI Native org. You'll partner closely with our Head of AI Strategy & Transformation to turn messy, cross-functional problems into systems that scale — architecting how our CRM, data dictionary, and internal tools connect and grow as both people and AI depend on them. This role is ideal for someone with an early-to-mid-career data background who wants to help build the infrastructure layer of an AI-native organization. Key Responsibilities
