Project & Vendor Coordination: • Leads classroom technology upgrade projects, technology rollouts, and summer refresh projects, including system integration and compatibility testing for new equipment and platforms. • Coordinates with vendors to obtain quotes for classroom technology upgrades and replacements and provides research and recommendations to inform data-driven planning. Classroom & Instructional Technology Support: • Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains classroom AV equipment, projectors, document cameras, wireless presentation systems, and podium PCs, ensuring a consistent technology standard across the university’s centrally managed learning spaces.
